Press Release: EHE Ventures aiming to unleash a £15m AI powerhouse S/EIS equity fund in the UK

MANCHESTER, UK, 13th February 2024:

EHE Ventures (EHE), the fresh face in the UK’s tech/AI venture capital scene, is thrilled to announce its intention to build a dedicated AI tech fund.

This strategic initiative marks a significant step in EHE’s dedication to fostering innovation within the AI sector. With a £15m investment target over the next three years, the fund will focus on nurturing UK-based entrepreneurs at the pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages, leveraging an Evergreen fund structure for sustained growth and support. EHE anticipates the fund’s initial close in early Q2 2024, aiming to invest in 4-6 pioneering AI-enabled companies annually.

EHE Ventures also proudly announces the finalisation of its core Fund Advisory Team. Joining the visionary founders and general partners, Guy Remond and Gary Fletcher, is a lineup of seasoned professionals: Andy Grove, bringing his expertise was the former LDC Chief Investment Officer, steps in as non-executive chairman; Neil Vose takes on the role of Venture Partner; Pete Evison assumes the position of Operations Director; Elliot Smith & Ross Faith step up as co-Investment Directors; Simon Landi as CMO and Aleksa Vutovic joins as CTO.
